masihimatch Terms of Use Agreement

Welcome to masihimatch, operated by MASIHIMATCH LLC. By accessing or using masihimatch’s services, you agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement (the “Terms” or “Agreement”), including our Privacy Policy. Please read this Agreement carefully before you create an account.
1. Introduction
By accessing or using masihimatch’s services, you agree to these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, so it is important that you read this Agreement carefully before you create an account.
We may update these Terms from time to time, so please check this page regularly for updates. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Account Eligibility and Your Responsibilities
Before you create an account on masihimatch, make sure you meet the eligibility requirements. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
You are an individual at least 18 years old.
You are legally qualified to enter a binding contract with masihimatch.
You are seeking a long-term, meaningful relationship.
You are not prohibited by law from using our services.
You have not committed, been convicted of, or pled no contest to a felony or indictable offense (or crime of similar severity), a sex crime, or any crime involving violence or a threat of violence.
You are not required to register as a sex offender with any state, federal or local sex offender registry.
You do not have more than one account on our services.
You have not previously been removed from our services by us unless you have our express written permission to create a new account.
If at any time you cease to meet these requirements, all authorization to access our services or systems is automatically revoked, and you must immediately delete your account.
3. Content
It is important to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding the content on our services. You are responsible for your content and agree not to post any inappropriate content.
Your Content: You are solely responsible for the content you provide and post. By posting content on masihimatch, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, sub-licensable right to use, copy, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.
Member Content: Content posted by other users belongs to them and you do not have any rights to it. You may only use Member Content for purposes consistent with our services.
Our Content: masihimatch owns all other content on our services. You may not use our content without our prior written consent.
4. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share your personal data. By using our services, you agree that we may use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Misrepresent your identity or age.
Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, assault, defame, harm or otherwise mistreat any person.
Post any content that is obscene, pornographic, violent, or otherwise may offend human dignity.
Post any content that is discriminatory, promotes racism, sexism, hatred or bigotry.
Post any content that infringes upon any third party’s rights.
Use the services in a way that damages or prevents their use by others.
Use the services for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Engage in data scraping, automated access, or any systematic collection of user data without our express written permission.
6. Child Safety Policy
masihimatch is a platform for adults 18 and older seeking serious relationships. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and enforce strict measures to protect users.
6.1 Age Requirement
– Users must be 18 or older to access masihimatch.
– Accounts belonging to minors will be immediately removed.
6.2 Reporting & Enforcement
To report child safety concerns:
– In-App: Use the report function within the app.
– Email: Contact support@masihimatch.com (subject: “Child Safety Concern”).
– Law Enforcement: We report violations to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
6.3 Prohibited Content & Actions
Users may not:
– Share, possess, or engage in child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
– Attempt to contact, groom, or exploit minors.
Violations will result in permanent account removal and reporting to law enforcement.
6.4 Compliance
masihimatch follows U.S. and global child safety laws and works with trusted organizations to maintain a safe platform.
7. Account Termination
You can delete your account at any time by following the instructions in the app. masihimatch reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or behaved inappropriately.
8. Disclaimer
masihimatch provides our services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make any warranties about the content or features of our services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will masihimatch, its affiliates, employees, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, punitive, or enhanced damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Governing Law and Venue
The laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, shall apply to any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or our services. Any claims that are not arbitrated must be litigated in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
