How do I change my phone number?

At masihimatch, we are committed to maintaining a genuine and trustworthy community for Middle Eastern Christians. To protect the integrity of our platform and ensure the authenticity of our members, we do not allow changes to the phone number associated with your account.

If you need to use a different phone number, you have two options:

1. If you have access to your current registered phone number, you can delete your account yourself by going to Settings, then Delete Account, choosing a reason and confirming.
2. If you no longer have access to your registered phone number, our support team can assist you in deleting your account.

In either case, you can then create a new account using your new phone number.

Deleting your account removes your profile, matches and conversations from the app, and it can’t be undone. For safety reasons we keep some information for a short time afterward; our Privacy Policy explains what and for how long.

If you need assistance with account deletion, please contact our support team. In your message, include:

1. Your current registered phone number
2. A clear statement confirming your request to delete your existing account
