Why didn’t I get my text verification code?

To maintain the security and integrity of our community, we require verification of every mobile number. We are not able to manually verify numbers.

If you’re having trouble receiving your verification code, consider these possible reasons:

Double-check that you’ve entered your phone number correctly.
Sign-up is open to mobile numbers from these countries: United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Kosovo, Turkey, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Australia, New Zealand, Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, Israel, Iraq, Egypt, Morocco, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Armenia. A number from another country won’t receive a code yet.
We require a genuine mobile number with an active cellular service, not a virtual phone service (like Google Voice).
Your mobile carrier might be blocking certain types of messages, including our verification short codes.

Each code expires after 15 minutes. On the code screen you can tap Resend Code once the countdown ends, or Change Number if you mistyped it.
